At Gweeral, every order is carefully processed, checked, packed, and shipped with care. We aim to deliver your products safely and within the estimated timeline. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.
By placing an order on Gweeral, you agree to the terms mentioned in this Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing
Once your order is successfully placed, our team begins processing it.
Order processing may include:
- Order confirmation
- Product preparation
- Printing or production, if applicable
- Quality check
- Packing
- Handover to the shipping partner
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
In some cases, processing may take longer due to product availability, printing requirements, quality checks, or high order volume.
2. Delivery Timeline
After your order is dispatched, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.
Delivery timelines may vary for remote areas, certain pin codes, public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, or other situations beyond our control.
Please note that the delivery timeline starts after the order has been dispatched, not from the date of order placement.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your order.
From time to time, Gweeral may offer free shipping, discounted shipping, or promotional shipping offers. Such offers will be mentioned on the website and may be valid for a limited time.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order is cancelled within the eligible cancellation window or the issue is caused by an error from our side.
4. Express Dispatch
If Express Dispatch is available and selected for your order, we will prioritize the processing and dispatch of your order.
Express Dispatch orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Please note:
- Express Dispatch only ensures priority dispatch from our side.
- It does not guarantee an exact delivery date.
- Final delivery is handled by third-party courier partners.
- Express Dispatch charges are non-refundable.
- Express Dispatch orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you through email, SMS, or the contact details provided during checkout.
You can use the tracking details to check the shipment status and estimated delivery updates.
Tracking information may take some time to update after the order is dispatched.
6. Dispatch Delays
We try our best to dispatch all orders on time. However, in rare cases, dispatch may be delayed due to:
- Product quality check issues
- Printing or production delays
- Product restocking
- High order volume
- Technical or operational issues
- Public holidays or unforeseen circumstances
If dispatch is delayed by more than 15 days, we will notify you via email. In such cases, you may choose to:
- Continue waiting for the order
- Cancel the order
- Request a substitute product, if available
- Get a full refund
7. Delivery Delays
We work with reliable third-party courier partners to deliver your order. However, delivery delays may still occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Local strikes or restrictions
- Courier operational issues
- Remote location or non-serviceable area
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Wrong phone number or unreachable customer
- Customer unavailability at the time of delivery
Gweeral is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect customer details, or circumstances beyond our control. However, we will do our best to assist you through email support.
8. Incorrect Address or Contact Details
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details while placing the order.
Please ensure that your address, pin code, phone number, and email address are correct before confirming the order.
Gweeral will not be responsible for failed or delayed delivery due to:
- Incorrect address
- Incomplete address
- Wrong pin code
- Wrong phone number
- Customer unavailability
- Refusal to accept the order
If the order is returned to us due to incorrect details or failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges may apply.
9. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner may attempt delivery multiple times depending on their policy.
If the customer is unavailable, unreachable, refuses delivery, or fails to collect the package, the shipment may be returned to us.
If the package is returned due to customer error or unavailability, a reshipping fee may be charged to send the order again.
A minimum reshipping fee of ₹80 per item may apply in such cases.
10. Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped together or separately depending on product availability, warehouse location, packaging requirements, or courier handling.
If products are shipped separately, you may receive different tracking details for each shipment.
No extra shipping charge will be applied unless clearly mentioned during checkout or in special cases.
11. Damaged Package at Delivery
If the outer package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened at the time of delivery, we recommend that you:
- Refuse the delivery, or
- Record a clear unboxing video before opening the package
If the product inside is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within the eligible time period mentioned in our Return & Refund Policy.
12. Non-Serviceable Locations
Some pin codes may not be serviceable by our courier partners.
If your location is not serviceable, we may contact you through email to request an alternate address or discuss the next steps.
If delivery is not possible, we may cancel the order and process a refund as per our policy.
13. International Shipping
Currently, Gweeral ships orders within India only, unless otherwise mentioned on the website.
If international shipping becomes available in the future, shipping charges, delivery timelines, customs duties, and other applicable charges will be mentioned separately.
